“The balloon experience was great and I'd encourage everyone to do it with a different operator but the service booked was for 'flight and round trip transportation' which was not provided. After being told to get off a bus the driver confirmed was going back to the correct drop off point, I was then left waiting for nearly 45 minutes while they called me an Uber. The driver then proceeded to drive into Mexico City and make me get out his vehicle in an unknown location, later claiming to Viator that a road had been closed so it wasn't possible to get to the drop off location.
