“After receiving stern warnings to be on time, our driver (Juan) was 40 minutes late, citing heavy morning traffic. I was on the point of cancelling when the van finally arrived. We then started driving *into* the historic centre for a second pickup at 9:20am for a second pickup! I have been on other tours that dealt much better with the morning rush. This meant we set off from Mexico City around 10:20, and were caught in further queues on our way to Puebla. He also went to the wrong side of the cathedral square which caused a further delay.
