“I really enjoyed the tour. Our guide, Emiliano, was great and very knowledgeable. The only recommendation I would suggest is improving the audio setup—perhaps by using a speaker or microphone system. In the city center, it was extremely loud, and although he did his best, it was difficult to hear him over the street vendors and music.”

If you're fortunate, and you book this tour, I hope that you have Diego as your guide. Truly a five star experience!!”

“My partner and I had the most extraordinary time — truly once-in-lifetime. Yes, you get up early, and yes, it’s a pretty long day (12 hours with our tour) … But it was totally worth it. The hot air ballon experience was beyond words; something you must directly experience for yourself. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful; they even felt like family after a while. We also enjoyed the social connections we made — individuals and couples from all over the world. They, too, started feeling like family after a while. We were physically pretty exhausted at the end of the day, but our hearts were happy.”

Review of Mexico City’s private Anthropology Museum and Chapultepec Castle tour, with expert guides, flexible pacing, park walks, and practical booking advice.

“Very disappointing experience. The tour guide was supposedly bilingual but struggled with English. He did not know relatively basic Mexican history. Even when he explained a few things in his native Spanish to my Spanish-speaking friend he for example did not know the names of several of the more famous Mexican president’s or anything about the timeline of when Mexico became independent. Not knowing the overall big topics of Mexican history is a big problem during a history-based tour. During the museum visit he simply read aloud from the signs next to exhibits. The guide also stepped away several times and we could hear him trying to arrange dates and…”
