“Hardly anything other than flying over the pyramids is as described. We flew less than 30 minutes. After, they ended up taking us to a souvenir shop. This is the oldest trick in the book when going on a Mexican excursion. This isn't something you're signing up for, and the tour service either gets paid to take you there or it's their shop. Either way their scamming you out of your time and money. “We arrived, searched for them, tried to contact them AND also to contact Viator (ability to contact Viator in case of an issue is terrible). We finally got taxi from airport (much less expensive) and finally tour operator replied when we were in the cab on way to hotel and said where they now were (which is same place we were looking). At least they refunded without hassle. Viator makes me rethink using them -the system to contact them when there is a problem is terrible.”
