However, what keeps this from being a 5 star review was the mix-up that led to my party being picked up 30 minutes late to start the tour and 30 minutes late from finishing dinner to being picked up for the next event. In comparison to other tours I booked with other companies, MexiTours did not send day-before confirmation. So I called them. Then the details I was asked to settle on during the call was supposedly not passed down to the drivers. In addition, the driver was also the guide.
